What do you like best?
The thing I love the most is the availability of tools. My business is still small but growing quickly. I feel confident that as I need more tools to support that growth, I can find them with ActiveCampaign. It's also great to know that the support is superb and I can easily reach out if I have questions on using the tools provided.
What do you dislike?
Sadly, there currently isn't a free version. However, it is more than worth the start-up pricing... you get a lot of bang for your buck! Many beginners are looking for free versions, and simply don't look at the whole picture

"Easy to use, and enjoyable experience"
What do you like best?
I really like the number of resources available to use. That said, I found it quite straightforward to learn, but the little tips I learned have either justified my process or showed me how to expedite it. I love that it's user friendly, the availability of data collection is great and creating campaigns are fun. My only reason for a 9 and not a 10 is that I wish there were more design options for the email/campaign building. There are some limitations like not having the Google fonts available, no gifs and photos being set to a standard size. But overall, I do love it.
